Thank you for choosing Magbyz Hair. We are committed to delivering your orders afely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Shipping Rates

We do not charge fixed flat-rate shipping fees. Instead, all shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Rates are determined in real-time by our delivery carriers. This ensures you always receive the most accurate and fair shipping price available.

We currently only ship to customers located within Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

If you are located outside of these regions, sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand our shipping zones to your country!

 Studio Pickup (North Edmonton)

If you are local to Edmonton, you can skip the shipping fees entirely by choosing our local pickup option at checkout.

  • How it works: Select the Pickup option during checkout.

  • When to pick up: Please wait until you receive a separate "Ready for pickup" email. This second email will contain our studio address, pickup hours, and any specific instructions you need for a smooth collection.

  • Please collect your order within 7 days of receiving your "Ready for pickup" email. If you need more time or encounter an unexpected delay, just reply to your order confirmation email to let us know so we can hold your items for you.

  • What to bring: Please have your "Ready for pickup" confirmation email (either on your phone or printed) and a valid ID ready when you arrive. 

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to carefully package and process your order before it is handed off to the carrier.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been fulfilled, you will instantly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.

Important Details

  • Unalterable Info: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. For security reasons, we are unable to modify, redirect, or update shipping addresses once an order has been completed.

  • Duties and Taxes: For international shipments outside of Canada, any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
