14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unaltered, in their original packaging, and in the exact condition you received them.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Shipping Costs: Please note that all initial shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right immediately.

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Please email info@magbyzhair.ca with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage so our team can evaluate the issue.
